Morcón 100% Ibérico de Bellota
The “Morcón” is a sausage typical of Extremadura. Thick pieces of lean meat are hand-chopped, seasoned with paprika and stuffed into a natural casing. It's similar to Chorizo Ibérico. This type of chorizo made from the best quality meat is aged in natural tripe meat for 4 to 6 months.This Morcon Pata Negra is prepared exclusively with meat from 100% Iberian Bellota pigs, raised in freedom and fed with roots, herbs and acorns.
