From the Galician Rias (Ensis siliqua), it is bought during the months of May and June. After 24 hours in the purification station, they are boiled and shelled by hand.

Ingredients: Razor clams (Ensis siliqua), olive oil, salt.

 

Best stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume preferably within 24 hours.
