It must be said, the Green Label is our favorite. Why? Because it can either be from a 50% Ibérico breed or a 75% Ibérico breed. We love a good product and with the Cebo de Campo we have great ham for an affordable price! The diet will be of prime cereals for its first years until grown enough to be fed in a Dehesa (natural pasture). To be ready, this Paleta will be cured for 24 months. It always pairs beautifully with hard paste cheeses such as Gruyère, Etivaz or Manchego!

This product has been cut by machine and packed vacuumed sealed in Geneva (Rue Michelle-NICOD 6). We recommend storing it in the fridge once received but it can also be stored at room temperature. Never leave it under the sunlight. We sell only fresh products. For best consumption, open ten minutes before eating and let rest at room temperature.
